On December 25th at 8:30 am I sat next to my wife as I opened one of your "Real Red Burl Infiniti Accessory Kits."  What a great gift!

I am the President of Chapter 315 of the Experimental Aircraft Association and a retired Air Force test pilot.  I am very particular about the quality of most retail products sold these days and therefore my wife was concerned about purchasing something over the Internet sight unseen.

This afternoon I installed the kit in my Silver 2003 INFINITI FX35 with the "Graphite" interior.  It looks awesome!

My wife said she called you about 5 times to check on the correct product and delivery times.  She said your company was very pleasant to deal with.

"No Jason is not my cousin, brother or father and is not paying me for this review. I just like reviewing things that I use that turn out to be satisfactory.
I looked at other kits and read a lot of reviews but the Burtman kit seemed to be a favorite of many. The other kits looked nice too but I could not deal with the seam around the two center vents on the radio. I therefore settled on Burtmans.
I ordered the main and overhead kits from him 10 days ago. He shipped the same day and I had them by last week Tuesday. Jason was very fast to respond to emails and he thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. The kit came well packed and sealed.

Overall, I am happy I went with the Burtman kit for my FX35. Though it was not cheap, it looks very good and I have received many positive feedbacks in the 5 days I have had them in. So far, i give the kit 2 thumbs up!

"My name is Blake and I recently bought clear corners and a dash kit for my new vechile. Because the mail system in my community is messed up, some wires got crossed as to where my parts were. Jason took it upon himself to contact UPS  and find out just where my parts were. When they arrived they were well worth the wait. "Jason, You are the MAN !  I received your dash trim kits and  immediately installed them on my INFINITI FX35.  I followed the entire installation  procedure, and found it easy to apply.  I never had to lift back up or  re-apply, because I made certain that I marked some starting locations  during the dry fit.   It's been a few days now, and there are no signs  of peeling.  That tape is very adhesive, so I shouldn't expect it to  un-stick, even when the exteme cold weather arrives.  The  color (red burlwood) is magnificent on my graphite interior.  I like the soft feel of the trim, instead of the hard, plastic feel of cheaper trim kits.
 

I will eventually post and spread positive comments to other FX owners.  Maybe it will draw in a few more customers for you.  Also, thanks for the discount on the main kit.  I do have to say that these kits are not inexpensive,  but so far I see that they are top quality kits.

"Well, my dad got his wood dash kit today from his 1994 Trooper. He ordered it through Jason Burtman at Burtman Industries . Let me tell you something. That is one fine kit. I helped him put it on and it was super simple. You first wipe the area clean with rubbing alcohol. Then, you add this adhesive prep stuff that helps the 3M adhesive stick alot better. Then you go at it! Really simple and it looks really, really, really awesome! If anyone wants to get a synthetic wood and carbon, or a real wood and carbon dash kit, I would definitely recommend 10000000% to go right to Jason and get something from him. The kit is SUPER quality, fits awesome and looks great. Jason provided my dad and I with awesome service and quality from the first minute I told him I was thinking about being interested in a kit. Jason is a true business man and a great person to deal with. Thank you Jason and I would seriously recommend him and his products to anyone who wants to make their vehicle more appealing. Thanks!
