Set your 4Runner apart with a new grille! Aerodynamic design that allows not only maximum airflow to the radiator, but a rounded contour shape that complements the styling of your SUV. Crafted from high quality T-6 billet aluminum rather than extruded aluminum as used by some competitors. The stock is cut to length then shaped to its specific contour. Each grille is then hand assembled into a custom jig and precision welded with a process called "T.I.G." to ensure a strong and clean weld. At this point every billet grille is treated to a durable glossy black powder-coat. The final stage of manufacturing includes a three-stage polishing and cleaning. This helps guarantee long lasting beauty and service against everyday driving road hazards. Built to exact tolerance, these grilles are designed to ensure a great fit. Bolt-on style means less tools and no cutting which in turn equals an easy install.

Choose between aluminish finish (pictured) or black powdercoat (not pictured). Black version aprox 2-3 weeks to ship after ordered.

UPDATE. If lower grille is ordered, grilles will ship week of 9/1/06, unless black powder coat is chosen, which normally adds additional 2 weeks.
