Great Product. Once you open the box you immediately see this is made much better than any Factory Filter yo can get. Installing is a tight fit but with a little muscle you can manage. I bought it and its more or less a 5 minute install if that much. After roughly 100 miles or so when the computer recognizes the change you should notice a little more power on everyday driving which comes from the better air flow you are receiving. Also you will notice how much smaller the holes are which means less worry about trash making its way into your motor. I would suggest this to any one who wants to truly improve there truck and protect their investment. What a grea product and it is not hype at all! My 4R has some nice giddy up now and i also love the way it attacks hills like on a flat gorund. I highly reccomend this filter for anyone with a 96-02 4R, you will not be sorry! Terence Miller 11-02-2006 06:58pm
I love this filter!!!! Didn't take 200 miles for me to notice a Diff! I installed Friday night but didn't drive until Sat. Put about 20 miles on with a wind blowing but still noticed more power when pulling away from a dead stop. Truck also shifted a bit smoother. This was all on roads I really don't drive on much. REAL test was today on the way to work. In addition to what I have mentioned, I also noticed on some hills where the truck would usually downshift from high gear that it just motored thru with no downshifting. I wanted to see if this would improve so I tried to duplicate the way I normally drive this road, speed etc. This filter impresses me. Chris Leytham 02-11-2006 03:15am
