| 2003 - 2009, Lexus GX470 Burtman Industries is proud to offer these Doug Thorley Y Pipes for the Lexus GX470! Different fitment for different years. Why do you need this new Y pipe? #1, the factory Y pipe is undersized and one side is actually crushed/pancaked in from Lexus! If you crawl under your truck, you will see this! This severely hampers the gains an intake, exhaust, or headers gives. It's like breathing through a straw with your finger on the bottom. Running this Y pipe with the DT headers gives up to 3-4 more MPG highway! #2, the factory Y pipe sits below the frame/crossmember and can easily be smacked/crushed with heavy offroading. The new Y Pipe sits above the frame, which equals much better ground clearance. Keep in mind that the factory headers fail at around 100,000 miles and factory headers from your dealer start at $1,500! Save a ton with this new setup and got a ton of extra power and mileage.
