These new mesh grilles feature an outer frame that is made from SOLID POLISHED
Stainless Steel and machined to a superior 3-D design and fit. In the center, a
finely weaved Polished Wire MESH Grille is formed and tig-welded to the billet
frame. Mesh design that allows not only maximum airflow to the radiator, but a
rounded contour shape that complements the styling of your SUV. Each grille is
then hand assembled into a custom jig and precision welded with a process called
"T.I.G." to ensure a strong and clean weld. The final stage of manufacturing
includes a three-stage polishing and cleaning. This helps guarantee long lasting
beauty and service against everyday driving road hazards. Built to exact
tolerance, these grilles are designed to ensure a great fit. Bolt-on style for
most grilles means less tools and no cutting which in turn equals an easy
install.
OEM logo can be mounted on top of grille.
If your FX has the optional (ICC) Intelligent Cruise Control, it will no
longer fuction with lower grille in place.
