The rear spoiler mounts by a pressure clamp system the attaches to the top of the hatch, and the interior part of the rear window. No drilling is required. If you have a stock wind deflector, you will need to remove this and use the factory screws to fill in the holes from the old unit. Your existing 3rd brake light can be hidden with the included solid paintable plate. This cover keeps out dust and water for a more secure fitment and a cleaner look. This cover should also be painted along with your spoiler. Wiring is simply a positive and negative wire tap or wire splice -very easy.
