Cover for your Nissan Titan. We can also get any other PML item, so always
ask!
PML designed this cover with fins and additional oil capacity for cooler
differential temperatures. Many Titan owners have reported overheating
especially when towing and have been looking for a way to reduce
temperatures. PML heard from these owners and designed a cover in response to
their needs.
This cover fits 2004 and newer Nissan Titans and holds 0.75 quarts more oil
capacity than the stock 2005 & newer cover to increase cooling. It is 1 1/4
inches deeper than the stock 2005 & newer cover, 2 inches deeper than the
stock 2004 cover. The cover is designed to work with the Nissan brake cable
bracket and brake line clip. The cover has a 1/8 NPT port for a temperature
sensor (plug included if a temp sensor is not desired) and a level check/fill
hole. The cover does not have a drain hole because Nissan provides a drain in
the differential housing. A new set of mounting bolts are included.
Cover also features sand-cast aluminum construction, thick walls to add
strength to the differential housing, a .375" thick gasket flange that will
not bend when bolts are tightened, and a machined gasket surface for a secure
seal using RTV or factory gasket. The differential cover is available in
three finishes: as-cast, black powder coated, polished.

This cover will work with the Hellwig Titan sway bar (part #7669). As of
July, Hellwig has revised the design of this sway bar to allow more room for
the differential cover. You can also order this item from Burtman Industries.
